I’ve got quite a bit of pain – is it safe for me?

If you’re under a doctor’s care for a serious injury or condition, please check with them first. For most people with general aches, stiffness or long-term niggles, this workshop is gentle, safe and a great starting point. We won’t make you do anything that feels wrong for your body.

Do I have to join the NoExcuses Fitnes afterwards?

No. There’s no obligation. We’ll explain your options at the end, but you’re free to say “thank you, I’ll think about it” and leave it there.

Will I be put on the spot in front of everyone?

No. We keep it friendly and relaxed. There is a group element, but we aim to make you feel supported – not judged. If you’re shy, let us know when you arrive and we’ll look after you.

Where are you based and is there parking?

We’re based at NoExcuses Fitness Studio, Lakeside, Portsmouth, PO63EN. There is FREE parking available on site

Can I bring a friend or partner?

Absolutely – in fact, it’s more fun that way. Just make sure they book their own spot so we can reserve a place for them.
